Licenses
EximeeBPMS
EximeeBPMS is a Java-based framework.
Community Edition
The entire software is provided under various open source licenses (mainly Apache 2.0 and MIT). Which components are published under an open source license is clearly stated in the licensing header of a source file or a LICENSE file present in the root directory of the software source code repository.
Enterprise Edition
Unlike the Community Edition, the Enterprise Edition source code, pre-built artifacts, and Docker images are not publicly available. Access is granted only to customers with an EximeeBPMS Enterprise Edition subscription, arranged separately with your EximeeBPMS account team. When delivered to a subscriber, the Enterprise Edition source carries the same Apache License 2.0 header terms as the Community Edition codebase it builds on — but this describes the terms of the code itself, not public availability: EximeeBPMS controls who receives the Enterprise Edition build in the first place, and the license does not entitle the public to obtain or redistribute it.
Enterprise Edition adds an accelerated release stream with additional features and faster security patches on top of a Community Edition baseline (see the Enterprise Edition release notes). The commercial subscription and support terms governing access are agreed separately with your account team and are not covered by this page.

GPL Cooperation Commitment
Our Commitment
Before filing or continuing to prosecute any legal proceeding or claim (other than a Defensive Action) arising from termination of a Covered License, EximeeBPMS commits to extend to the person or entity (“you”) accused of violating the Covered License the following provisions regarding cure and reinstatement, taken from GPL version 3. As used here, the term ‘this License’ refers to the specific Covered License being enforced.
However, if you cease all violation of this License, then your license from a particular copyright holder is reinstated (a) provisionally, unless and until the copyright holder explicitly and finally terminates your license, and (b) permanently, if the copyright holder fails to notify you of the violation by some reasonable means prior to 60 days after the cessation.
Moreover, your license from a particular copyright holder is reinstated permanently if the copyright holder notifies you of the violation by some reasonable means, this is the first time you have received notice of violation of this License (for any work) from that copyright holder, and you cure the violation prior to 30 days after your receipt of the notice.
EximeeBPMS intends this Commitment to be irrevocable, and binding and enforceable against EximeeBPMS and assignees of or successors to EximeeBPMS’s copyrights.
EximeeBPMS may modify this Commitment by publishing a new edition on this page or a successor location.
